Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and plan daily production workflows.

• Interpret AutoCAD and production blueprints accurately.
• Guarantee product quality along with precise dimensional conformity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, purchasing, inventory, and installation teams.
• Track production schedules to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Generate daily reports covering production progress and manpower utilization.
• Enforce factory safety protocols, maintain discipline, and ensure cleanliness.

Required Skills and Experience

• In-depth knowledge of modular furniture manufacturing processes and materials.
• Capability to read and understand AutoCAD technical drawings.
• Practical experience with CNC machines, cutting techniques, edge banding, and assembly methods.
• Strong leadership skills for workforce management and effective problem resolution.
