Production Manager - Electrical Panel Manufacturing & Assembly

Role Overview

The Production Manager will oversee the entire manufacturing cycle of electrical control panels, power distribution panels, and machine electrical panels. This role demands ensuring production timelines, quality standards, safety protocols, cost management, and optimal use of manpower and materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute production schedules for electrical panel manufacturing and assembly.
• Supervise quality control checks and testing procedures to maintain industry standards.
• Manage materials and inventory to ensure smooth production flow.

Technical Expertise

• Comprehensive understanding of electrical panel wiring, assembly processes, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical circuit diagrams and wiring schematics.
• Experience with PLC panels, VFD panels, control panels, and machine electrical configurations.
• Familiarity with electrical components from Siemens, Schneider, ABB, Mitsubishi, Omron, or comparable manufacturers.
• Knowledge of electrical testing devices such as multimeters, insulation resistance testers, and continuity testers.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP/MRP software for production tracking and reporting.
• Awareness of electrical safety standards and relevant panel manufacturing regulations.
