Job Overview
We are seeking a Production Executive to manage and oversee daily production operations in our Kolkata facility. The role involves coordinating between various departments to ensure production targets are met efficiently and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the daily production workflow, ensuring seamless operations.
- Develop and monitor production plans on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Liaise effectively with production, quality control, maintenance, stores, and purchasing teams.
- Track the progress of production activities, ensuring deadlines and output goals are met.
- Monitor availability of essential raw materials, components, tools, and manpower resources.
- Maintain comprehensive production documentation including records, reports, and logs.
- Identify any production slowdowns, obstacles, or operational challenges and escalate these issues to higher management.
- Communicate shifts in production priorities and scheduling updates to the appropriate teams.
- Coordinate the dispatch requirements in partnership with the warehouse and logistics departments.
Additional Information
Monthly salary ranges between 12,000 to 15,000 INR. This is an onsite position based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
