Job description
About the Role
Tee Ventures India is seeking a Production Engineer to join their Production department, reporting directly to the Production Manager. The position involves overseeing daily production activities and managing coordination between various teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct production reviews every two hours to monitor ongoing processes.
- Participate actively in cross-functional meetings with Quality Control (QC) teams to address materials on hold.
- Engage in weekly production planning and execution meetings to align goals and strategies.
- Supervise and report on the performance of Lab Technicians and QC Inspectors.
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational background: Engineer degree, Diploma, or Bachelor of Science (BSc).
- Basic familiarity with 5S and Kaizen methodologies for process improvement.
- Knowledge of rejection analysis techniques to identify and reduce defects.
- Understanding of Pareto Chart application to prioritize issues effectively.
Compensation
Monthly salary is INR 20,000.
