Production Engineer (Electrical / Electronics)

Position Overview

We seek a Production Engineer skilled in managing and enhancing daily manufacturing activities focused on LED lighting and electronic products. The role involves overseeing the entire production flow to achieve quality and delivery goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily production tasks ensuring adherence to quality and delivery timelines.
• Supervise assembly, soldering, wiring, testing, and conduct final inspections.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and production scheduling for efficient operations.
• Address and resolve production-related and fundamental electrical/electronic issues.
• Monitor product quality and lead initiatives to rectify and prevent defects.
• Maintain accurate production documentation including BOMs, work instructions, and process records.
• Collaborate with Purchase, Stores, R&D, and Quality departments.
• Identify and implement process improvements, enhance productivity, and minimize material wastage.
• Ensure correct usage and upkeep of production tools, equipment, and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree: B.Tech or B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, ECE, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience: 0 to 3 years preferred in electronics, LED lighting, electrical assembly, or manufacturing environments.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of electronic components, printed circuit boards (PCBs), LED drivers, switch-mode power supplies (SMPS), soldering, and electrical testing techniques.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, team coordination, and effective communication.

Salary: INR 25,000 to 40,000 per month.
