Job description
Role Overview
This position demands experienced professionals from the cooler manufacturing sector to supervise all aspects of production and quality management. The incumbent will oversee daily production schedules and enforce product quality aligned with established standards, aiming to minimize rejections, reworks, and losses in both production and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire cooler production and quality processes.
- Plan and track daily and weekly production targets rigorously.
- Ensure products meet the specified quality norms consistently.
- Control and reduce rejection rates, rework, and production losses effectively.
- Coordinate seamlessly with departments such as Production, Quality, PPC, Maintenance, and Stores.
- Drive implementation of 5S, Kaizen, Standard Operating Procedures, and other process enhancement activities.
- Perform root cause analyses to investigate quality issues and deploy corrective measures.
Qualifications and Eligibility
Candidates must hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
