Job description
Overview
Resulto Solutions Private Limited is recruiting Production, Maintenance, and Quality personnel to work at their Medchal, Hyderabad location. Open positions include Fitter, Assembly Operator, CNC Operator, Machine Operator within Production; Maintenance Technician roles in Electrical and Mechanical domains; and Quality Controller and Quality Assurance roles.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess an ITI or Diploma qualification. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience. Age limit is set at a maximum of 26 years.
Work Shifts and Schedule
- Morning shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
- Afternoon shift: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
- Night shift: 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Salary and Benefits
- Grade 1 (3 years experience): ₹17,000 per month plus ₹1,000 attendance bonus
- Grade 2 (6 years experience): ₹22,000 per month plus ₹1,000 attendance bonus
- Grade 3 (over 6 years experience): ₹25,623 per month plus ₹1,000 attendance bonus
- Salary is paid on the 31st of each month
- Employees receive 10 casual leaves annually
- Weekly day off: Sunday
- Public and festival holidays observed as per company policy
- Employment is on-roll (formal employment contract)
Key Skills
Essential abilities include assembly, CNC operation, fitting, machine operation, maintenance skills, and knowledge of production and quality assurance processes.
