Role Overview

The Production Assembly Operator II (Final Process) is accountable for independently performing production tasks within a designated production cell, ensuring adherence to process guidelines and contributing to achieving production targets. This role involves participation in Kaizen continuous improvement activities and cross-training across processes. Additionally, the operator performs sampling checks for new hires at stage 2 in the trainer's absence and may train new employees if certified.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to current guidelines such as working instructions, process descriptions, hygiene regulations, environmental protections, cGMP standards, and clear table policies.
• Execute various process steps autonomously and supervise process compliance according to established instructions and individual training level.
• Report any observed discrepancies including process, quality issues, security breaches, outdated calibration, or documentation deviations to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation like move tickets and inspection protocols.
• Promptly escalate any issues to supervisors or the HR department.
• Engage actively in Kaizen initiatives focused on waste minimization and process improvements.
• Support and foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
• Carry out additional supervisor-assigned tasks essential to operator duties or organizational performance.
• Ensure a safe working environment and upkeep of physical workspaces.
• Conduct sampling checks for new hires undergoing stage 2 training during trainer absence.
• If certified as a trainer, provide training on production processes to new employees.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably holds completed professional education.
• Prior experience working in a cleanroom environment is advantageous.
• Experience in a production setting, including inspection duties or machine operation, is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years as a Process Technician with demonstrated excellent performance.
• Certified trainership authorized by the process owner (for trainer roles).
