About POWERTECH

POWERTECH serves as a center of excellence focused on propulsion technologies, particularly in the design, engineering, and manufacture of combustion engines, expendable turbojet engines, and turbofan engines utilized across aerospace, defense, and autonomous systems including UAVs and various advanced platforms.

Role Overview

The Production Assembler is tasked with the accurate assembly of advanced turbine and propulsion system components such as microjet and turbofan engines, adhering strictly to engineering specifications, production timelines, and quality standards. This function is vital to meet the stringent safety, reliability, and performance criteria typical of aerospace products.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly tasks diligently in alignment with approved production schedules and daily manufacturing targets.
• Execute precise mechanical and electronic assembly based on engineering blueprints, technical instructions, and standardized procedures.
• Conduct fine mechanical alignments, fitments, fastening activities, and adjustments ensuring specified tolerances and operational criteria are fulfilled.
• Handle all delicate and sensitive components with utmost care to avoid damage during assembly and handling.
• Carry out thorough visual and dimensional inspections during and post-assembly to verify adherence to product standards.
• Apply high-quality assembly methods to optimize product yield and reduce defects or rework.
• Comply fully with AS9100, ISO certification standards, and internal quality management protocols.
• Contribute to first-pass yield improvements by maintaining disciplined workmanship and timely issue reporting.
• Work collaboratively with teams in production, quality assurance, engineering, and maintenance to troubleshoot and resolve technical or process challenges.
• Document assembly details, inspection results, deviations, and non-conformance events accurately within production tracking systems.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workplace consistent with health and safety regulations and lean manufacturing principles.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma, technical certification, or equivalent practical experience in mechanical, electrical, electronic, or industrial assembly.
• Demonstrated experience in industrial, aerospace, manufacturing, or precision assembly sectors.
• Hands-on capabilities in electronic assembly and fine mechanical assembly methods.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards and electronic workmanship requirements.
• Familiarity with AS9100 and ISO quality management standards in controlled production settings.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, engineering documents, and assembly instructions.
