Product & Visual Design Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a Design Specialist well-versed in multidisciplinary design to join our team on a contractual basis. This remote role involves 10 to 40 hours of work weekly and offers compensation ranging from $20 to $64 per hour. The focus is on refining and enhancing design interview content with an emphasis on visual and UX/UI aspects.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve design interview materials concentrating on visual appeal and user interface/user experience aspects.
• Evaluate AI-generated content to verify quality, ease of use, and adherence to current design standards.
• Provide practical recommendations to enhance layout structure, visual prioritization, and overall user interaction.
• Work closely with AI training teams to synchronize with the latest industry benchmarks.
• Apply comprehensive design expertise to improve AI tools through real-world application.
• Promote principles of user-focused design and maintain brand uniformity throughout all assessed materials.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven experience in multidisciplinary design demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
• Expert knowledge of typography, composition, and core visual design fundamentals.
• High proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD.
• Skilled in creating wireframes, prototypes, and implementing user-centered design methodologies.
• Capability to evaluate and build branding and visual identity components effectively.
