Product Trainer Executive

Overview

Victous LifeSciences Private Limited seeks a Product Trainer Executive to lead educational sessions for distributors, associates, and customers regarding their wellness and nutritional product range. This full-time role based in Bengaluru demands a candidate with expertise in healthcare, nutrition, Ayurveda, or related fields, combined with strong communication skills and a passion for health education.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive product training to distributors, associates, and customers.
• Clarify product ingredients, nutritional benefits, features, and recommended usage instructions.
• Create and present engaging training materials including videos, webinars, and presentations.
• Conduct training sessions through multiple channels such as Zoom, face-to-face meetings, and digital platforms.
• Provide sales and distribution teams with in-depth product knowledge and frequently asked questions guidance.
• Translate complex scientific and nutritional content into clear, accessible language.
• Facilitate training in numerous regional languages to cater to a diverse distributor base.
• Assist in preparing educational content, training materials, and FAQs aligned with company standards.
• Address product inquiries professionally with accurate evidence-based information.
• Ensure all communications comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create educational and promotional materials.
• Gather feedback to enhance and refine training programs continuously.

Qualifications and Expertise

• Mandatory educational qualifications include a PhD in Nutrition, Food Science, Life Sciences, or healthcare fields; degrees such as BAMS or MBBS; or recognized qualifications in Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Strong foundation in nutrition, health, wellness, and product education.

Language & Communication Skills

• Proficiency in Kannada, English, Tamil, Hindi, and Telugu is essential.
• Capability to explain technical product details clearly across multiple languages is highly valued.

Required Skills and Experience

• Excellent verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong scientific product knowledge with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Confidence in conducting training sessions for diverse audience sizes.
• Effective interpersonal skills to engage and motivate learners.
• Competence in using PowerPoint and various online training platforms.
• Experience developing organized training materials and educational content.
• Willingness to travel for distributor meetings, workshops, and training events.
• Professional demeanor, organized approach, and enthusiasm for health and wellness education.
• Preferred experience includes conducting webinars, seminars, distributor training sessions, and background in direct-selling, nutraceutical, nutritional or wellness sectors.

Salary: INR 25,000 to INR 35,000 per month.
