Product Support Specialist

Role Purpose

This position aims to enhance after-sales revenue by marketing and selling authentic parts, service solutions, and maintenance agreements to clients located in Saudi Arabia. The specialist is tasked with acquiring new business opportunities, sustaining robust customer relationships, and delivering on-site support to boost customer satisfaction and overall profitability in after-sales services.

Job Responsibilities

• Meet designated monthly and annual sales targets bfor parts, service contracts, and overall after-sales income.
• Promote and sell genuine parts, lubricants, repair services, and preventive maintenance packages.
• Implement scheduled weekly and monthly visits to customers within assigned territories.
• Keep customer visit reports and sales opportunity data current within CRM systems.
• Systematically follow up on quotations, service assignments, and outstanding sales prospects.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with fleets, workshops, contractors, and logistics providers throughout KSA.
• Conduct field prospecting through site visits to potential clients.
• Develop and uphold a pipeline of prospective new customers.
• Provide management with weekly sales updates, visit summaries, and sales forecasts.
• Ensure accurate data entry in CRM and comply strictly with internal reporting standards.
• Adhere to company safety guidelines and comply with Saudi Arabia's regulations during customer site visits.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess at minimum a Diploma Degree or an equivalent qualification or experience.
• Have between 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in after-sales, field sales, or parts/service sales specifically within the Saudi Arabian market.
