Product Specialist

Role Overview

AstroFarm by 42Gears is seeking a Product Specialist with expertise in mobile device management and mobility software to join their Bengaluru-based team. The ideal candidate will have over three years of relevant experience and a passion for technology, sales, and customer engagement.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain strong knowledge of mobile computing platforms including Android, iOS, and Windows Mobile.
• Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and Mobility Software encompassing MDM, Mobile Application Management (MAM), and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM).
• Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
• Deliver presentations and webinars to potential customers and partners periodically.
• Participate in technical discussions by attending meetings with partners and customers.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in pre-sales, technical support, or consultancy roles within the enterprise software domain, with preference for mobility-related backgrounds.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and eager to learn.
• Strong interest in the intersection of sales, technology, and customer interaction.
• Availability and willingness to travel for technical discussions.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
