Product Specialist

About the Role

ABANA Enterprises Group Co. is inviting driven and strategic professionals to join our banking sector team as a Product Specialist. This role involves overseeing and advancing a collection of technology products and solutions, emphasizing Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Video Analytics, Security, and Smart Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee product life cycles and monitor product roadmaps and updates.
• Gain thorough understanding of product features, usage scenarios, and requirements.
• Maintain active communication channels with vendors and technology collaborators.
• Arrange product demonstrations, proofs of concept (POCs), training sessions, and offer technical assistance.
• Support presales and technical teams in ensuring product compatibility and integration.
• Assist in testing procedures, POCs, and product validation processes.
• Deliver product and technical support to sales and presales teams.
• Support the creation and delivery of presentations, demonstrations, RFP/RFQ responses, and solution comparisons.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge, training, and resources to internal teams.
• Maintain updated product documentation, presentations, and FAQs.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.
• Identify opportunities for new products, partnerships, and product enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a closely related discipline.
• Between one and three years of experience in product management, solution management, business analysis, or a comparable technology-oriented role.
• Preferably, experience collaborating with vendors or technology partners.
