About the Role

Join us as a Product Quality Engineer Intern collaborating closely with the engineering team to ensure every product feature attains a superior quality level prior to user release. Your role will encompass detecting defects, assessing usability and user experience, and analyzing product workflows to help design a product that delights users.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive testing of new features and product improvements.
• Validate entire user flows and practical workflows within the product.
• Execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing activities.
• Identify, replicate, and document bugs with precise reproduction instructions.
• Confirm bug resolutions and conduct regression tests following fixes.
• Analyze usability, ensure consistency, and review overall user experience.
• Recommend enhancements to streamline workflows and strengthen the product.
• Adopt an end-user perspective during all testing phases.
• Develop and maintain detailed test cases, scenarios, and quality assurance checklists.
• Collaborate proactively with developers and leadership to understand features, discuss problems, and foster product quality improvements.
