Role Overview
This position is for a Product Owner working remotely on a full-time basis to lead the product vision and development of a platform. It involves collaborating closely with engineering, design, and business teams to build features that align with user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and rank product features driven by user research insights and company objectives.
- Work across teams to transform requirements into clear, actionable backlog items.
- Lead sessions for sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews to maintain project alignment.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to continuously enhance product features.
- Track and communicate product performance metrics to guide future enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner or an equivalent role within software or platform development.
- Strong command of Agile frameworks and familiarity with tools like Jira or Trello.
- Capability to perform user research and translate findings into product specifications.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with engineering, design, and business stakeholders effectively.
- Experience managing remote teams and coordinating with distributed participants.
