Role Overview

As a Technical Product Owner on the Product team, you will play a pivotal role in defining the roadmap and delivering innovative, secure, and scalable crypto infrastructure and trading capabilities. Collaborating closely with Design, Engineering, and Data teams, you will create features that delight users while pushing fintech boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete product lifecycle for cryptocurrency-related features and products deployed globally, innovating within fintech.
• Specify product requirements emphasizing scalable and secure system architectures.
• Lead integrations with external third-party services like liquidity venues, custodians, and market data providers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Risk & Compliance, and Treasury teams to deliver compliant, resilient features embedding real-time financial and regulatory logic.
• Leverage data analytics and user insights to identify issues, optimize performance metrics such as pricing accuracy, latency, and trading user experience.
• Prepare systems and products for the addition of new asset classes, international markets, or compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in product ownership or technical product management within fintech, cryptocurrency, or financial infrastructure sectors.
• Strong understanding of backend system architecture and financial system operations.
• Proven track record delivering high-performing systems in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of trading mechanics relating to either cryptocurrency or traditional financial products.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for aligning multiple internal teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in structured data interpretation and system design discussions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with digital asset products in fintech or crypto industries.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards affecting crypto assets.
• Experience with prototyping tools or frameworks for user testing.
• Interest or experience in behavioral design or gamification within product development.
