About the Role
We are hiring for a Product Owner to join a dynamic team focused on shaping core processes and developing a tool suite that enhances culture, collaboration, and efficiency throughout the organization. This role requires managing priorities based on internal customer needs, maintaining a clear product backlog, and ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders. You will independently serve as the Product Owner within your Scrum team, making decisions that propel product development forward.
You'll collaborate closely to evolve a tool suite that currently includes specific development tools and a modern web application, driving its strategic enhancements. Additionally, you will actively contribute to improving product development processes across the organization and support agile transformation by articulating clear visions, setting priorities, and implementing continuous improvements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Product Owner within a Scrum team, demonstrating successful involvement in complex product environments.
- A university degree in IT or Management-related fields such as Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Information Management, with preferably above-average academic achievements.
- In-depth knowledge of agile frameworks, specifically Scrum and Kanban, with proficiency in standard development and collaboration tools.
- Strong interest and ability in process and change management.
- Fluent English language skills, and good to very good German proficiency both written and spoken.
- An agile mindset coupled with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
- Enthusiastic about teamwork in international, cross-functional groups.
