Product Marketing Lead

About the Role

Join us in shaping the future of healthcare. As a Product Marketing Lead within the Medics Cluster, you will play a pivotal role in scaling Doctolib's largest product launch in Germany: an all-in-one practice software that empowers healthcare teams to manage all administrative and clinical workflows before, during, and after patient appointments. Acting as a CEO within your domain, you will advance and execute the Go-to-Market strategy locally, aiming to onboard new practices and enhance user satisfaction through innovative market approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Go-to-Market strategies for product and feature launches at Doctolib.
• Advocate for user needs by continuously refining the Product-Market-Fit and shaping the product roadmap.
• Ensure deep understanding of user signals across the customer journey to improve value delivery, usage, trust, and overall customer experience.
• Conduct analyses of market trends and competitors to uncover strategic opportunities.
• Define product positioning and messaging tailored for the German market.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Tech teams.
• Manage feature releases and oversee successful market introductions.
• Monitor regulatory and technical frameworks alongside other teams to foster customer- and user-friendly solutions.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum five years of professional experience, ideally as a Manager in Product Marketing or Go-To-Market strategy, or with a background in top-tier management consulting or venture capital combined with Product Management expertise.
• Highly structured and analytical in thought and execution.
• Proven experience working closely with Tech and Product teams.
• Adept at prioritizing, allocating resources wisely, and managing projects methodically to effectively develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders including VPs, Managing Directors, and Executive Committees.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly and persuasively convey complex ideas.
• Fluent in both German and English at least at C1 proficiency level.

Additional beneficial experience includes working in scale-up environments and the MedTech sector.
