About the Role
This position is being recruited by TechTree on behalf of a client, an early-stage AI startup located in Berlin, Germany. The company focuses on developing AI agents tailored for mission-critical enterprise workflows. As a Product Manager, you'll collaborate closely with the founders and engineering team to manage product development end-to-end, influence product strategy, and build a strong product culture within the company as it expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product lifecycle management for key initiatives, working hand-in-hand with engineering to deliver top-tier AI solutions.
- Tackle challenging AI problems to develop and scale intelligent agents suitable for complex enterprise environments.
- Engage directly with AI technologies, applying techniques such as prompt engineering, context management, and conducting AI-based evaluations to refine the product.
- Interact with customers to gather requirements and establish trusted partnerships to understand their business needs.
- Collaborate with customers, founders, and the engineering team to develop and maintain the product roadmap.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a minimum of three years’ experience in product management, software engineering, consulting, or related fields.
- Demonstrate excellent product intuition and user empathy coupled with a strong interest in technology.
- Be located in Berlin or willing to relocate, with proficiency in both English and German.
- Additional experience working with AI large language models or business-to-business enterprise software is advantageous.
