An established and rapidly expanding fintech organization is focused on creating foundational infrastructure to support the future generation of cryptocurrency and financial technology enterprises. The company supports both consumer and business clients, with this role centered in the B2B platform segment, offering a unified API that provides partners seamless access to custody services, wallets, IBAN accounts, trade execution, and crypto-fiat exchanges, all under EU regulatory licenses.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on position for an individual contributor who will collaborate directly with senior leadership to define product vision and architecture. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in scaling the platform to full production while ensuring regulatory compliance and commercial viability.

Key Responsibilities

• Advance the platform from development to production by translating business objectives into technical API specifications and module release plans, ensuring delivery meets agreed timelines.
• Develop and refine the commercial approach through partner engagement and market research, establishing pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies.
• Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory frameworks such as MiCA, PSD2, and EMI by embedding compliance constraints into product design across both API and portal interfaces.

Candidate Requirements

• Extensive product management experience within fintech, payments, or crypto infrastructure sectors, including involvement in launching a B2B API product.
• Proven expertise in developing provider-side infrastructure (beyond integration), preferably with custody or wallet systems, virtual accounts, IBANs, ledger management, or trade execution.
• Solid understanding of ledger accounting principles, including double-entry bookkeeping, reconciliation processes, and client fund segregation.
• Practical knowledge of cryptocurrency technologies, such as custody solutions, on-chain transaction settlements, or stablecoins.
• Excellent ability to think structurally in uncertain conditions and confidently provide input and challenge to senior stakeholders.
