Product Manager – Workspace

Overview

TTEC Digital is seeking a dedicated Product Manager to join our team focused on Workspace solutions. This is a fully remote, full-time position where you will be part of an innovation team developing cutting-edge AI Customer Experience (CX) tools such as automated quality assurance, conversational analytics, knowledge assistance, and agentic automation. Our goal is to deliver products that stand out in a crowded market through superior craft and intent, balancing speed and quality seamlessly.

About the Role

You will be one of two Product Managers reporting directly to the VP of Product Management. Your responsibility covers all the touchpoints that human agents and supervisors interact with, including the Agent User Interface (UI), Control UI, and Active Listening User Experience (UX). Collaboration is key as your counterpart manages AI services, desktop intercepts, and backend integrations. Together, you co-own different elements of the same product suite.
