Job description
About GravityONE
GravityONE is an AI-native technology firm focused on pioneering cutting-edge products for strategy formulation, decision-making, and operational execution. Our solutions integrate AI, strategic insights, data, and enterprise workflows to replace traditional dashboards with intelligent systems that empower leadership and teams to plan, decide, coordinate, and execute effectively.
Our flagship product, StrategyDotZero, is an AI-driven strategy execution platform designed for both governments and enterprises. It supports executives, Strategy Offices, PMOs, and transformation teams by linking strategy, planning, performance management, portfolio oversight, and delivery into a unified, intelligence-enabled operating system.
We aim to go beyond conventional workflow tools—building governed digital agents and autonomous workflows that enable organizations to confidently plan and act.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments to transform this vision into a tangible, market-ready offering. This role lies at the crossroads of strategy, product design, data analytics, and AI. The ideal candidate will rapidly test solutions with customers and collaborate closely with engineering, AI, and growth teams to transform complex challenges into user-friendly capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap for StrategyDotZero including customer journeys, MVP definitions, and biweekly release plans.
- Design AI-native user experiences spanning strategy, planning, portfolio and performance management, PMO functions, benefits, risk assessment, and executive decision-making support.
- Define integration of agentic workflows, LLM-based generation, analytics, enterprise data, and human approval processes into practical product features.
- Create wireframes, clickable prototypes, conceptual demos, and proof-of-value experiments to validate ideas before full-scale development.
- Conduct product discovery sessions with executives, PMO leaders, strategists, and delivery teams to identify valuable problems, validate assumptions, and convert insights into actionable decisions.
- Write detailed user stories, functional specs, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, and release documentation to facilitate confident implementation by engineering.
- Collaborate with engineers and AI experts to specify agent behaviors, inputs, outputs, controls, evaluation methods, and user feedback mechanisms.
- Ensure each feature complies with enterprise requirements including role-based access, evidence sourcing, data quality controls, confidence indicators, audit trails, and human approvals for key decisions or changes.
- Prioritize product backlog using criteria like customer value, strategic differentiation, development effort, dependencies, and commercial potential.
- Manage agile ceremonies—planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, release readiness, and post-release analysis—ensuring high velocity and discipline.
- Partner with growth and customer success teams to shape demos, value propositions, pilot programs, customer feedback cycles, and product-market fit alignment.
Candidate Profile
- At least 5 years of professional experience in product management, product design, strategy or technology consulting, or related product development roles.
- An MBA from a reputable institution, ideally specializing in strategy, technology, operations, or related areas.
- Preferred background in top-tier consulting firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG) or equivalent environments, bringing strong structured problem-solving, executive communication, business transformation, and stakeholder engagement skills to product development.
- Proven experience creating B2B enterprise SaaS, workflow, analytics, data-driven, or AI-powered products, preferably in intricate, regulated, or multi-stakeholder settings.
- Familiarity with domains such as strategy execution, planning, portfolio management, PMO processes, transformation, performance, or operational governance, coupled with a readiness to learn rapidly.
- Hands-on knowledge of AI product concepts including LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), structured outputs, autonomous workflows, contextual enterprise data, human-in-the-loop designs, evaluation, and feedback loops.
- Strong user experience and design intuition, comfortable using tools like Figma and AI-enabled prototyping tools for rapid visualization of concepts.
- Capability to engage credibly with engineers on data, dashboards, integrations, APIs, and enterprise workflows despite not being a full-time developer.
- Excellent communication skills across executive, design, engineering, and practitioner audiences.
- A strong bias for action and rapid iteration—able to frame problems, hypothesize, prototype, test, learn, and improve in days rather than months.
- Comfort with startup-style environments characterized by broad ownership, dynamic priorities, and a commitment to quality.
Success Indicators
- A well-defined and unique product roadmap that transforms the StrategyDotZero vision into marketable releases.
- Efficient and evidence-based product discovery processes with continuous prototyping and delivered features.
- Established reusable AI product patterns like governed agents with source-traceable outputs, human approvals, and actionable workflows.
- Strong cross-functional alignment among product, engineering, AI, growth, and client teams.
- A platform perceived by customers as an intelligence-enhancing layer improving the speed and quality of strategy execution, beyond a conventional PMO tool.
- A product leader blending consulting sophistication, product savvy, AI literacy, and execution rigor to convert complex enterprise challenges into simple, impactful products.
