Role Overview

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, gain deeper insights into the content creation ecosystem, and make a direct impact on the company and its community. Primary Responsibilities

• Determine and prioritize the most critical problems and validate impactful solutions to maximize value for creators and fans efficiently.
• Contribute to the platform’s product strategy, aligning efforts with business goals and user needs.
• Use both qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand users’ needs and behaviors deeply.
• Collaborate with design team members to test and validate assumptions quickly.
• Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team to execute platform strategy, ensuring effective teamwork and goal achievement.
• Define and track key performance indicators to assess product changes and maintain platform health.
• Engage stakeholders across departments, incorporating their expertise into product development and keeping them informed about progress and direction.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum three years of product management experience, preferably with consumer-facing products.
• Proficiency in applying both qualitative and quantitative research to guide product decisions.
• Demonstrated success delivering meaningful product enhancements with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Strong ability to prioritize and make decisions under uncertainty.
• Excellent communication skills and adept at managing stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in e-commerce or crowdfunding sectors.
• Experience within the creator economy.
• Participation in growth-oriented teams.

Additional Information
