About the Role

Our client, a UAE-regulated financial technology company advancing digital assets, payments, and financial services, is seeking a driven Product Manager to join their Dubai team. This growing fintech firm specializes in creating an innovative platform for the Middle East that fuses digital asset trading, fiat connectivity, stablecoins, and institutional services.

This role offers an exceptional chance for professionals with around two years of product management experience to earn significant ownership beyond typical corporate environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product features from concept through to launch and ongoing enhancements.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Convert customer insights and business needs into prioritized product roadmaps.
• Conduct user research and analyze feedback to uncover new product opportunities.
• Track and assess product performance, driving continuous improvements.
• Partner with compliance, operations, and risk teams to align products with regulatory standards.
• Engage engineering teams throughout development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Define and monitor critical metrics and KPIs to evaluate success.
• Support product launches, ensuring internal and external stakeholders are informed.
• Enhance customer journeys, focusing on onboarding, funding, trading, and transaction processes.
• Keep abreast of advances in fintech, payments, and digital asset sectors.
• Contribute to identifying new product opportunities as the company grows within UAE and MENA.

Candidate Profile

• Possess at least 2 years of product management or a closely allied role experience.
• Demonstrated familiarity with digital products within fintech, payments, banking, cryptocurrency, SaaS, or technology-driven fields.
• Strong grasp of product development lifecycles.
• Experienced in authoring user stories, defining product requirements, and acceptance testing.
• Proven collaborator with engineering and design teams.
• Excellent analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to leverage data and customer insights to inform decisions.
• Effective communicator and stakeholder manager.
• Commercially astute with a proactive, hands-on product development style.
• Comfortable operating within lean environments with substantial personal ownership.

Preferred Expertise

• Knowledge or experience in cryptocurrency, digital assets, exchanges, or trading platforms.
• Background in payments, banking, fintech, wallets, KYC/onboarding processes, fiat payment systems, or stablecoins.
• Familiarity with financial applications, consumer mobile apps, or B2B/institutional financial products.

While expertise in crypto is not mandatory, a strong foundation in product fundamentals, curiosity, and quick learning ability are essential.

Additional Details

• Location: Dubai, UAE (on-site)
• Salary Range: AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month
