Product Manager

About the Role

An established technology company in Aberdeen is seeking a Product Manager to join their expanding digital team. This role offers the chance to be deeply involved in product development by collaborating closely with customers, stakeholders, engineering, and delivery teams to create impactful products.

Responsibilities

• Create and update the product roadmap reflecting customer feedback, market dynamics, and business goals.
• Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to collect feedback and uncover opportunities.
• Leverage data and analytics to guide product decisions and prioritize initiatives.
• Establish priorities for new features and product improvements.
• Present the product in client and sales meetings, including platform demonstrations and answering inquiries.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Keep abreast of competitor activities, market trends, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management or equivalent product-centric roles.
• Comfortable in client-facing scenarios, leading discovery sessions and delivering compelling product presentations.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Data-oriented mindset supported by experience with Power BI or comparable analytics platforms.
• Strong commitment to developing products that address customer challenges and create business value.
• Possession of a full UK driving license to accommodate travel to client and company sites.

Additional Information

This is a hybrid position requiring physical presence in the Aberdeen office two days per week, alongside regular travel to client locations as needed.
