Role & Responsibilities

• Understand and represent the needs of users effectively.
• Conduct market monitoring and develop competitive analysis reports.
• Define a clear vision and strategic direction for the product.
• Unite stakeholders by aligning them with the product vision.
• Prioritize features and capabilities to maximize product value.
• Establish collaborative knowledge across teams to enable autonomous decision-making.
• Set and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Collect, manage, and prioritize market and customer requirements.
• Serve as the advocate for customers, articulating their needs and expectations.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to fulfill business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.

Experience and Expertise

• Proven track record in defining and launching products that exceed business goals.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in product management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills coupled with curiosity and a proactive mindset.
• Deep subject matter expertise in a specific product area, including relevant industry or technical knowledge.
• Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Possession of any product management certification is advantageous.
• Experience working on SaaS products or features is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Notion, and Figma.
