Product Manager

Overview

We are seeking a result-oriented Product Manager experienced in full product lifecycle ownership to join an engaging enterprise project based in Central Singapore. The role entails shepherding products through definition, launch, adoption, and continuous refinement to ensure measurable business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage products end-to-end, from identifying problems to delivering releases and driving ongoing enhancements.
• Conduct stakeholder and user interviews to gather business requirements and articulate clear problem statements.
• Develop compelling business proposals to support resource allocation and secure project funding.
• Establish success criteria and implement dashboards for performance tracking.
• Formulate hypotheses, align product strategies, and define initiatives that fulfill business objectives.
• Maintain product roadmaps, coordinating closely with cross-functional teams to meet delivered milestones.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and software engineers through design, development, testing, and product launches.
• Analyze outcomes and continuously improve product effectiveness and user satisfaction.
• Engage users and stakeholders actively to promote product adoption and smooth implementation.

Experience and Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in delivering measurable business results through product management.
• Extensive involvement with design and engineering teams to develop and launch products.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet demanding deadlines.
• Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and Balsamiq is beneficial.
• Possession of degrees or diplomas in Computer Science, Product Management, Business, or related fields is preferred.
• Certifications like Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Business Analysis Professional add value.

Working Conditions

• Location: Central Singapore (on-site)
• Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Contract Duration: 1 year
• Start Date: As soon as possible, pending security clearance

Additional Information

• Compensation: Up to SGD 11,700 per month (all-inclusive)
• Eligibility: Open to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents only
