Qualifications Across Levels
- Minimum 4 years of product management experience (increasing with seniority), demonstrating ownership of complex, cross-functional projects.
- Ability to combine strategic insight with hands-on execution from vision setting to detailed requirement writing and team enablement.
- Strong analytical skills to identify key metrics, evaluate opportunities, and leverage data for decision-making.
- Deep understanding of customer needs with excellent design sensibility to craft engaging, trustworthy user experiences.
- Structured problem-solving capability to dissect ambiguous challenges into actionable hypotheses and root causes.
- Proven track record influencing cross-functional teams and aligning diverse stakeholders to maintain progress.
- Experience communicating effectively at executive levels with clarity and persuasiveness.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for accelerated problem solving, prototyping, and informed decision-making.
