Product Manager – Mobile Banking

Overview

Ardshinbank OJSC is looking for a Product Manager specializing in Mobile Banking. The selected candidate will be responsible for setting the vision, planning the roadmap, and overseeing the delivery of digital banking products targeted towards corporate and business clients. The role involves leading cross-disciplinary teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that the mobile banking platforms provide secure, efficient, and compliant financial management tools for legal entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the strategy and roadmap for Internet and Mobile Banking solutions designed for legal entities.
• Analyze customer requirements and transform them into detailed product features and user stories.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and engineering teams to create compelling digital experiences.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business priorities, regulatory compliance, and technical limitations.
• Carry out competitive market analysis and introduce innovative functionalities for corporate digital banking.
• Serve as the primary point of communication between business units and technical teams.

Required Qualifications

• A higher education degree in business, economics, IT, or related disciplines.
• Between 5 to 7 years of experience in product management or a similar function within the fintech or banking sectors.
• Preferred experience includes a strong understanding of banking products tailored for legal entities and expertise in digital banking channels such as Internet and Mobile Banking.
• Demonstrated success in defining and delivering web and mobile digital products.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Exceptional leadership qualities including organizational and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Analytical thinking with a data-driven decision-making approach.
• Strong communication proficiency in Armenian and good skills in Russian and English.
