Role Overview

We are seeking our inaugural Product Manager to steer the future development of our products. This position emphasizes direct interaction with customers, analyzing product engagement, collaborating closely with engineering teams, and transforming user challenges into intuitive software solutions. The role focuses more on understanding user needs deeply rather than producing extensive documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage daily with customers to gather insights.
• Collect and prioritize feedback on product features.
• Develop clear product requirements and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Manage and prioritize the product roadmap effectively.
• Analyze user behavior and product usage metrics.
• Coordinate successful product launches and evaluate feature performance.
• Contribute to shaping Verlo's long-term product vision and strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in Product Management or a relevant position.
• Exceptional communication capabilities.
• Keen product intuition and analytical thinking.
• Ability to distill complex problems into simple, actionable solutions.
• Proven experience collaborating closely with engineering teams.
• Strong customer focus and empathy.
• Comfortable making informed decisions with limited data.
