About Cohere and North Platform

Cohere is a pioneering security-first enterprise AI company dedicated to developing advanced foundational AI models and comprehensive product solutions tailored to solve practical business challenges. Our global team, located across offices including London, Toronto, New York City, and others, is committed to boosting the capabilities and value that our models deliver to customers.

North, our agentic AI platform, securely integrates AI-powered agents and automations within an organization's infrastructure. It synergizes generative and search models with customizable workflows that enhance productivity on a large scale.

Role Overview

This role centers on owning the end-to-end integration ecosystem for North. Your mission will be to manage integration development, setting priorities and delivering impactful features while building foundational platform capabilities such as connector frameworks, authentication, data synchronization, and permissions systems to support these integrations.

Key Outcomes

  • Establish a broadly adopted set of integrations that deliver measurable customer value through usage and retention.
  • Create reusable, scalable platform capabilities and a developer/partner on-ramp expanding across multiple use cases.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the integration strategy for North, including roadmap planning, catalog prioritization, and partnership approaches aligned with customer needs and revenue goals.
  • Manage integration products end-to-end, collaborating with strategic customers to design transformative workflows driven by integrations.
  • Identify and build platform-level features where gaps exist, such as connector frameworks, authentication mechanisms, tool usage, data synchronization, and permissions, partnering closely with core experience teams.
  • Work with engineering teams to evolve integration work into reusable products by scoping, sequencing, and guiding development.
  • Design developer and partner experiences that include APIs, SDKs, plugins, and documentation, while tracking key metrics like adoption, activation speed, and retention.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience focused on platform APIs, integrations, or developer ecosystem products.
  • Proven success launching integration or connector products that positively impact adoption, growth, or customer retention.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with high-value customers and ecosystem partners.
  • Strong technical understanding of APIs, authentication, data modeling, and integration architectures, capable of balancing approaches between first-party, partner, and self-service models.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills and excellent cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and deployment teams.
  • Prior experience managing AI-centric products is preferred.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on shipping products and iterating rapidly.
  • Familiarity with at least several of these domains: Agentic AI, large language models (LLMs), automation, productivity software, enterprise security, and compliance.

Employee Benefits

  • Weekly lunch allowance of $75/£75 or equivalent currency.
  • Comprehensive health and dental benefits including dedicated mental health budget.
  • Retirement savings plans such as RRSP matching, 401(k), or pension schemes.
  • Up to six months of 100% parental leave top-up available to either parent.
  • Annual enrichment budget covering arts, culture, fitness, wellness, work environment improvements, and educational opportunities like conferences and coaching.
  • Generous paid vacation totaling 30 working days (6 weeks).
  • Travel budget for remote employees to visit company offices and annual company-wide offsite events.

Work Environment

  • Remote-friendly culture with offices in multiple cities worldwide.
  • Office perks include daily lunch programs, snacks, and frequent social activities.
  • Co-working benefits offered for employees working remotely to collaborate in local cities.
  • All employees receive a $500 home office setup stipend.
