Role Overview

The company seeks a Product Manager experienced in launching products from initial concept through to market release. This role requires someone adept at navigating ambiguity, validating customer needs, and delivering impactful solutions. Working closely with founders and cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and go-to-market specialists, the Product Manager will define product strategy and manage end-to-end product delivery in a high-velocity AI startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and validate genuine customer problems and rapidly develop minimum viable products (MVPs) to test and address those needs.
• Lead client pilot projects comprehensively, overseeing everything from defining scope and success criteria to achieving conversion.
• Ensure ongoing successful management and daily delivery for live production clients, maintaining consistent client satisfaction and product performance.

Required Qualifications

• Between two and four years of product management experience within a startup or software-as-a-service (SaaS) landscape.
• Demonstrated track record of developing new products from the ground up (0 to 1 product development experience).
• Complete ownership of product lifecycle from problem identification through to solution delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills rooted in first-principles thinking.
• Solid technical understanding of software development processes, APIs, databases, and product workflows.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively across channels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in engineering disciplines, preferably a Bachelor of Engineering or Technology in Computer Science or a related field.
• Prior experience collaborating closely with company founders or early-stage founding teams.
• Practical experience utilizing AI-based tools for product research, prototyping, or workflow enhancements.
• Familiarity with product management and design tools such as Figma, Jira, Notion, and analytics platforms.
• Interest or previous involvement in AI, trust and safety, content moderation, or cybersecurity product domains.
