Role Overview

The Product Manager role in Glean Protect focuses on addressing pervasive challenges knowledge workers face in managing knowledge securely and effectively. You will drive the development of top-tier features for knowledge discovery, curation, sharing, and administration, advancing the vision of an intelligent work assistant. As part of a lean product team, you will have substantial influence over the product roadmap and team growth.

Responsibilities include collaborating closely with Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deeply understand customer needs and evolve category-leading solutions. Your role will involve creating innovative security and governance features, such as explainable AI, AI risk identification/prevention, and robust security and privacy controls around AI agents and data.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage extensively with customers to capture their knowledge management needs.
• Shape the product roadmap by combining customer insights with the overarching product vision.
• Guide and motivate your team by providing direction, context, and alignment.
• Make customer-centric decisions, prioritize clearly, and drive efficient execution.
• Coordinate across leadership and go-to-market divisions as well as with key company stakeholders.
• Develop scalable processes to support rapid team and organizational growth.

Candidate Profile

• Possess over 8 years of product management experience in SaaS contexts, focusing on large enterprises and covering areas such as security, governance, trust, identity, and data integrations.
• Have a solid technical foundation with experience in both user interface (UX) and API-driven products, integration mechanisms, and third-party partnerships.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Show evidence of ownership, initiative, and delivering impactful results.
• Cultivate effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain a learning-oriented and growth-driven mindset.
• Prioritize mission success, measuring personal achievement by the success of your products and teams.

Location & Work Environment

This position requires a hybrid working arrangement with a minimum of 3 days per week at the Bengaluru office.
