Product Manager, Generative AI & Analytics

About the Role

We seek a Product Manager focused on Generative AI and analytics to lead AI enablement initiatives at an enterprise scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and realizing the product vision, driving user adoption, and enhancing AI-driven insights across business, developer, and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive increased engagement among business users, analysts, developers, and operational teams by growing adoption and consistent usage of AI products.
• Ensure delivery of reliable AI experiences with measurable improvements in output accuracy, relevance, and user satisfaction using transparent evaluation frameworks.
• Boost productivity of business stakeholders and developers with AI-enabled automation and insights, reducing manual tasks and accelerating decision-making.
• Expand AI capabilities to additional teams and domains through scalable, reusable components and improved metadata quality, increasing organizational readiness for enterprise AI.
• Formulate and implement strategic product roadmaps aligned with corporate digital transformation goals, identifying AI-driven productivity and user experience enhancements.
• Lead product discovery efforts by collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups to gather insights, define requirements, and convert them into actionable user stories and success metrics.
• Partner closely with engineering, data science, UX, and platform teams to build AI-powered features including conversational interfaces, AI assistants, and developer tools; establish experimentation and evaluation methods for AI solutions.
• Define and monitor KPIs centered on adoption, engagement, productivity, trust, and operational efficiency; optimize the product based on analytics and user feedback.
• Champion governance for responsible AI by applying principles of transparency, explainability, compliance, and metadata management in partnership with security and legal teams.
• Manage relationships across business functions, technology groups, and senior leadership, effectively communicating vision, strategy, and outcomes to diverse audiences while guiding change management efforts for AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record managing AI, analytics, data, or developer-oriented products.
• Intimate knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models, NLP, and conversational AI interfaces.
• Experience setting product strategies, building roadmaps, and defining metrics linked to outcomes.
• Strong skills in stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration, especially with engineering, machine learning, UX, and business teams.
• Exceptional communication abilities, including writing, speaking, presentation, and storytelling.

Preferred Attributes

• Hands-on experience launching enterprise-level AI or Generative AI solutions at scale.
• Familiarity with cloud providers such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Knowledge of enterprise data platforms, analytic ecosystems, and knowledge management tools.
• Experience designing evaluation criteria to assess AI quality, trustworthiness, and model outcomes.
• Background in developer productivity platforms, internal tools, or enterprise software products.
• Advanced degrees such as an MBA or similar credentials.
