Having grown from £500K ARR to over £35M ARR and expanded to a 500+ strong team, we are fueled by a £100 million strategic investment from Vista Equity Partners to accelerate our AI-first roadmap, integrate Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) capabilities, and widen our European and global reach. Our platform serves service contractors managing the built environment, enhancing operational efficiency, profitability, compliance, and fast growth across various sectors like HVAC, plumbing, electrical maintenance, and facilities management.

Role Description

As a Product Manager specializing in Field Service Management, you will play a pivotal role in evolving our SaaS platform by deeply understanding operational workflows of service contractors. You will engage closely with engineering, UX, customer teams, and clients to identify operational challenges and engineer intuitive, workflow-driven B2B solutions that facilitate the day-to-day activities of engineers, planners, helpdesk teams, and operations managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive customer discovery processes within field service and facilities management operations.
  • Map and analyze operational workflows including reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), scheduling, dispatch, mobile workflows for field engineers, asset lifecycle, and job to invoice cycles.
  • Convert intricate operational challenges into clear, actionable product requirements and designs.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to develop user-friendly workflows and product interfaces.
  • Set and prioritize roadmap initiatives aligned with strategic goals and customer value.
  • Work closely with engineering to ensure practical, scalable, and impactful product implementation.
  • Validate product ideas through customer interviews, field research, and prototype tests.
  • Track product adoption, workflow effectiveness, and user behavior to optimize features continually.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including Sales, Customer Success, and Support—to facilitate successful feature adoption.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Verified experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Mandatory: Direct, hands-on experience with FSM or CAFM software platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of field service, facilities management, or related operational workflow software.
  • Proven ability to translate real-world operational procedures into logical product requirements.
  • Skilled in customer discovery techniques including interviews to identify root problems.
  • Experience working closely with UX and engineering teams in agile settings.
  • Strong stakeholder management and clear communication of product strategy.
  • Analytical thinker able to deconstruct complex workflows into scalable solutions.
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities within fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred experience includes: CAFM/FSM/CMMS platforms, scheduling/optimization engines, designing mobile-centric workflows, API integrations, and operational analytics/reporting.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
  • Opportunity to contribute to a growing global SaaS organization.
  • Career advancement aligned with international scaling goals.
  • Innovative and collaborative product-focused workplace culture.
  • Regular company events and team-building activities.
  • Access to continuous learning via Joblogic Academy and leadership mentoring.
