The Product team in Europe is expanding rapidly to enhance products in Payments and Credit sectors. They seek inquisitive, quick-moving, customer-centric Product Managers who create seamless and reliable user experiences promoting financial well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a product domain by identifying challenges, formulating ambitious solutions, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver results.
• Shape product roadmaps leveraging data insights, market trends, and user feedback, balancing creative intuition and analytical rigour.
• Engage directly with clients and go-to-market teams to refine product concepts.
• Understand and align with business objectives effectively.
• Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to build intuitive, high-quality products.
• Use relevant metrics and user data to monitor product success and drive improvements.
• Communicate clearly to diverse stakeholders, influencing decision-making with outstanding clarity.
• Adopt a founder’s mindset by simplifying processes, moving swiftly, and embracing feedback.
• Commit to ongoing learning and elevating product and cultural standards within Plaid.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of product management or related experience.
• Demonstrated success in launching and managing end-to-end product cycles.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering and design to deliver impactful results rapidly.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Comfortable navigating fast-paced, ambiguous environments and making decisive choices.
• Working knowledge of incorporating AI tools in product development workflows such as prototyping, research, or analysis.
• Previous involvement in early-stage or fast-growing startups is advantageous.
• Background in fintech is a plus but not mandatory.
