About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to guide products from initial concept through to successful market introduction. This role involves balancing user expectations with the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish the vision and strategic direction for products
- Develop and update a comprehensive product roadmap
- Collect and prioritize requirements for product features
- Collaborate effectively with design and engineering teams
- Undertake market research and analyze competitors
- Define key product performance indicators and evaluate them
- Oversee and manage the product backlog activities
- Maintain clear communication with all relevant stakeholders
- Lead initiatives to increase product adoption and drive growth
Candidate Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a similar discipline
- Minimum of four years’ experience in product management
- Demonstrable success in launching products
- Strong skills in analysis and problem-solving
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency with Agile product development practices
- Decision-making based on quantitative data
- Technical aptitude sufficient to collaborate with engineering teams
Compensation
The monthly salary offered ranges between ₦500,000 and ₦1,000,000.
