Product Manager

Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager with 2 to 3+ years of experience to oversee the full lifecycle of software, SaaS, and AI-enabled products.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap with prioritization and diligent execution.
• Develop comprehensive product documentation, including PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality assurance, design, and various stakeholders to ensure product success.
• Lead the process of feature development from initial requirement gathering through to final release.
• Monitor product metrics and performance to continually identify areas for improvement.
• Engage with customers and internal teams to capture needs and translate them into actionable product specifications.

Candidate Qualifications

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in Product Management.
• Fundamental technical understanding of APIs, databases, and software development processes.
• Strong ownership mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working within Agile development frameworks.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Exposure to AI-centric products including large language models, AI agents, or AI workflow automation.
• Background in SaaS product development.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Figma, product analytics platforms, or SQL.
• Experience in leadership roles and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Additional Information

• Permanent, full-time position based at Hyderabad office.
