Role Overview

As a Product Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving meaningful outcomes and taking ownership of impactful projects that reach millions of daily users. Freecash, the company's flagship product, acts as an engagement platform that helps mobile game studios convert promising users into high-value customers. Almedia is profitable and expanding into new markets beyond gaming.

Your Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your projects' results from initial problem definition through shipping and impact measurement.
• Contribute significantly to shaping and influencing the product roadmap through insight and feedback.
• Make autonomous decisions without requiring constant approvals, with the understanding that calculated risks are learning opportunities.
• Expand your responsibility area by demonstrating capability and delivering strong outcomes.

What We Expect From You

• Operate with a founder's mindset, taking initiative and making decisions despite incomplete information, driving tasks to completion independently.
• Be deeply involved with data analysis, using tools such as Amplitude, Hex, and Looker actively to uncover insights without relying solely on analysts.
• Approach problems creatively and comprehensively, exploring multiple solutions before committing as the obvious one is typically not the best.
• Prioritize effectively and execute quickly, focusing on a few key tasks from concept through launch with a strong action bias.
• Communicate clearly and align cross-functionally with development, data science, design, and business teams to maintain momentum.
• Demonstrate impact regardless of title duration, valuing achievements such as entrepreneurship or prior relevant product experience.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range between €70,000 and €100,000 annually along with equity ownership options.

Working Conditions

This role requires presence in the office five days per week fostering dynamic collaboration and momentum. High levels of dedication and intensity beyond normal 9–5 hours are expected and rewarded.
