Overview
Amazon Freight is pioneering a transformative approach to transportation services, aiming to provide straightforward, dependable, and transparent shipping options that deliver outstanding value to customers. This role entails supporting pricing strategies for vital features within the Amazon Freight product lineup, playing a key part in this ambitious mission.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and define the pricing strategies for newly launched products in Amazon Freight.
- Manage and optimize pricing profitability and key conversion metrics.
- Establish requirements aligned with business objectives to maximize effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership at various levels to build and refine pricing strategies.
- Plan and implement the pricing roadmap to drive product success.
- Leverage artificial intelligence tools to enhance pricing efficiency and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years’ experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology-related roles.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification is required.
- Proven track record of leading roadmap strategy and execution.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end product delivery.
- Strong background in feature prioritization and trade-offs within product management.
- Experience as a product manager or product owner with responsibility for technology products.
Preferred Experience
- Ability to influence senior leadership using data-driven insights.
- Proficient in collaborating across multiple functional teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Educational background in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or related disciplines is an advantage.
