Role Purpose
We seek a Berlin-based Product Manager passionate about agentic AI, where AI models autonomously reason, act, and learn. The role requires a blend of technical proficiency and creativity, with a focus on delivering practical and elegant AI applications. This individual will assume full ownership of new agentic AI products from discovery to delivery, working closely with customers, engineers, and stakeholders to iteratively refine offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead your product area comprehensively—from problem identification through solution development to launch and continuous improvement.
- Engage directly with customers via discovery interviews and analyze usage data to form evidence-based product strategies.
- Rapidly prototype ideas using AI-generated tools or other methods to validate assumptions and avoid misdirected efforts.
- Utilize AI and agentic tools personally to enhance research, prototyping, and requirements gathering, while encouraging team adoption.
- Establish and monitor success metrics before development, tracking progress through to product release.
- Collaborate daily with engineering, design, and customer teams to overcome obstacles and manage product launches, including enablement and go-to-market efforts.
- Convey clear product plans and updates to stakeholders and leadership, confidently justifying prioritization decisions.
Candidate Requirements
- An action-oriented builder mindset: enthusiastically prototyping, testing, and delivering rapidly despite incomplete information.
- Proficiency with AI assistants, large language models (LLMs), and agentic tools, leading adoption within the team.
- Proven product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technology platforms with ownership of shipped products.
- Experience collaborating effectively with engineering, design, and commercial teams in agile, multifaceted product contexts.
- Comfort with data-driven decisions: setting metrics, analyzing performance, and prioritizing based on evidence.
Additional Information
The position is based in Berlin, working onsite with a hybrid team from a well-equipped office featuring amenities such as a gym, rooftop pool, sauna, and frequent events.
