Job description
About Siena
Siena functions as the Agent of Record for customer experience (CX) for consumer brands such as Spanx, FIGS, Brooklinen, and Grüns. Its system operates as a connected multi-agent network built upon a shared intelligence layer, coordinating agents across sales, support, social, and voice interactions throughout the customer's journey. This approach transforms every customer conversation into actionable insights.
Team Environment
Siena's team is compact, fully distributed globally, and emphasizes efficiency with lean processes. Team members are proactive, outcome-driven, prefer written communication over meetings, communicate directly, and move quickly to capitalize on opportunities. A low-ego, high-standard culture with quick decision-making is valued.
Role Overview
The Product Manager will take full ownership of the core agent platform—overseeing capabilities, agent performance, and customer transparency about performance. Responsibilities include roadmap planning for platform extensions, building evaluation and testing frameworks, and ensuring clients have real-time insights into platform operations. A strong problem-solving mindset coupled with experience in product management within CX, ecommerce, helpdesk, or AI automation domains is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Fully manage the core agent platform, defining current functionality and future expansions.
- Develop, implement, and maintain systems for evaluating, testing, and monitoring agent performance to drive measurable improvements.
- Provide customers with transparent, real-time views of platform operations to build trust.
- Design and execute journey-level A/B tests for agent workflows and utilize results for product decision-making.
- Optimize onboarding processes to accelerate customers' realization of full platform value.
- Lead feature launches through internal testing, early access periods, general availability, and customer enablement via webinars, documentation, and training.
- Present platform achievements to customers and collaborate with sales teams on co-selling activities.
- Engage directly with customers to scope live needs and deliver improvements effectively.
Candidate Profile
Essential Qualifications:
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager within CX, ecommerce, helpdesk, or AI automation sectors.
- Fluency and daily usage of AI tools like Claude, Cursor, or similar platforms.
Valued but not mandatory:
- Experience managing structured experiments or A/B testing focused on improving product metrics.
- Technical fluency including scoping webhook integrations, OAuth flows, and complex systems.
- Strong customer engagement skills including demo presentations and sales collaboration.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience creating trust and visibility features such as dashboards, coverage reports, or status pages.
- Background in deploying sophisticated systems for enterprise clients.
Unsuitable candidates:
- Those seeking a narrowly defined PM role with a fixed roadmap.
- Those uncomfortable with direct customer interactions or live demos.
- Those preferring to avoid ambiguous or complex product ownership challenges.
Why Work at Siena?
- Complete ownership over significant problems without micromanagement.
- Impactful work reaching leading consumer brands rapidly.
- Opportunity to pioneer in a new category with innovative AI-driven solutions.
- A respectful, globally distributed, and asynchronous-first working culture.
- Competitive salary coupled with equity or stock options.
- Dedicated learning budget fostering professional growth.
- Access to premium AI tools as standard and a collaborative environment for AI knowledge sharing.
Company Values and AI Approach
Siena values curiosity, customer obsession, and proactive ownership. Team members embrace direct feedback and maintain high standards while working swiftly. Adaptability and strong team relationships are fundamental. AI is seen as an essential extension of the team, with employees building personalized AI ecosystems and sharing insights actively through demos and discussions. Premium AI accounts are provided along with a quarterly budget for new tools.
Equal Opportunity and Hiring Process
Siena is committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of personal characteristics. The hiring process includes AI-assisted screening with all final decisions made by humans. Candidates may request human-only reviews.
