Job description
About Clientshare and the Role
Join Clientshare, a London-based technology startup partnering with global B2B enterprises in Logistics, Facilities Management, and Business Process Outsourcing. Our flagship offering, Clientshare Pulse, is the leading Business Reviews platform adopted by half of the FTSE 100 and a third of S&P 500 companies.
We seek a Product Manager to take full ownership of product features, guiding them from initial discovery and scoping through to final delivery and launch. This role involves close collaboration with customers, engineering, and design teams, providing an exceptional opportunity for hands-on product ownership early in your product management career.
Team and Culture
Our compact and experienced team encompasses full-stack engineers, designers, and product professionals who focus on delivering meaningful customer outcomes over mere feature releases. We embrace methodologies such as Extreme Programming (XP) and Kanban, prioritizing rapid feedback, pair and ensemble programming, minimal bureaucracy, and high personal accountability. Continuous learning is a core value.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product features lifecycle from discovery, user research, and competitive analysis through to delivery and launch.
- Support sales and technical leadership by participating in prospect discussions, articulating product capabilities, and designing solutions to integrate our product within client ecosystems.
- Oversee the product backlog, including grooming, prioritization, and tracking dependencies.
- Collaborate closely with customer success, engineering, and design teams to ensure smooth progress of deliverables and successful release of updates.
- Analyze feature performance after launch and integrate learnings into future roadmap planning.
Candidate Profile
- Possess between 2 to 5 years of experience in product management, product analysis, or related roles; or a strong background in engineering, design, or business analysis combined with solid product intuition.
- Experience working in small, cross-functional teams within product-driven companies is preferred.
- Comfortable engaging with prospects and customers to clearly communicate product functionality and benefits.
- Adept at simplifying technical aspects such as permissions, data models, and integrations for non-technical audiences.
- Capable of independently managing defined scopes of work while understanding when to seek guidance.
- Demonstrate good design and product sensibility.
- Proficient in applying AI tools to enhance productivity, using them as a complement to strategic thinking.
- Engaged curiosity about B2B SaaS products and real-world customer usage.
Benefits and Work Conditions
- Attractive compensation package with yearly salary reviews.
- Access to premium office facilities centrally located in London.
- Hybrid work arrangements balancing onsite presence and remote flexibility.
- Comprehensive private health insurance.
- Company pension plan.
- 24 days of paid annual leave in addition to public holidays.
- A vibrant social calendar including quarterly company events and an annual Christmas party.
