Role Overview

The Product Manager role entails converting business prospects, client challenges, and strategic goals into well-defined, actionable plans that yield tangible results. This role demands a strong commitment to data-driven prioritization, a comprehensive understanding of customer and business needs, and crafting detailed, high-quality requirements. You will work in close partnership with your squad — notably the Technical Lead, UX team, Head of Product, and Delivery Lead — to guarantee reliable and excellent delivery. The role emphasizes outcome-driven execution, ownership, and supporting strategic product insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery phases to grasp customer requirements, validate hypotheses, and estimate opportunities by leveraging data and insights to define challenges.
• Develop business cases, size opportunities, and contribute prioritization inputs that guide product roadmaps and quarterly planning.
• Maintain ownership and prioritization of the squad backlog, balancing customer value, commercial impact, feasibility, effort, and risk across epics, user stories, bugs, technical debt, and discovery work.
• Ensure all tasks are clearly articulated, estimated, and prepared for development, with the backlog continuously refined to align with priorities and team capacity.
• Break down complex problems into simple, testable user stories supported by strong acceptance criteria and supplementary artifacts such as process flows, business rules, and edge cases.
• Collaborate intimately with engineering to evaluate feasibility, refine the scope, and validate delivered outcomes through user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Drive consistent, high-quality delivery by leading agile ceremonies, addressing blockers, and managing risks and interdependencies.
• Offer clear and transparent delivery updates, aligning work with OKRs, business objectives, and customer outcomes.
• Forge strong cross-functional relationships, communicating progress, trade-offs, and decisions effectively across both technical and business stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Possess between 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis within Agile frameworks.
• Demonstrated mastery in crafting detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirement documents.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and projects based on data, available capacity, value delivery, and business impact.
• Experienced collaborator with engineering teams and comfortable engaging with technical concepts.
• Strong familiarity with APIs and service-based integrations, including understanding of API mechanics (requests/responses, endpoints, payload structures).
• Knowledgeable about API authentication schemes such as OAuth and API keys, alongside general security principles governing APIs.
• Understand API aspects including version control, reliability, and performance metrics.
• Capable of translating partner needs into precise integration specifications for the engineering team.
• Experience in executing or supporting B2B integrations or strategic partner projects within a SaaS environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate across commercial teams, engineering, and external partners.
