Product Manager

About the Role

Aru Labs is seeking a Product Manager to guide new products from conception through to launch. This role involves close collaboration with design and engineering teams to determine what to build, why it is important, and how to deliver it efficiently to users.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire product lifecycle from initial idea to successful launch.
• Set the vision, prioritize tasks, and develop the product roadmap.
• Translate user feedback and ideas into clear product requirements.
• Collaborate closely with designers and engineers throughout the development process.
• Engage with users to gain insights and understand their needs.
• Launch new products, analyze performance, and iterate for improvements.
• Make swift decisions to keep projects progressing smoothly.

• Possess strong product intuition and understanding.
• Proven experience in delivering digital products successfully.
