Product Manager

Job Overview

The Product Manager is accountable for meeting sales and profit objectives for designated product groups while maximizing returns for both TD SYNNEX and vendor partners. Though focused on revenue outcomes, this role primarily supports sales through marketing initiatives, sales and technical pre-sales training, vendor relationship management, and contract oversight. Activities are directed at TD SYNNEX’s internal sales teams and external partner communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on development and execution of business plans to meet vendor product group revenue targets, including forecasting and strategic planning.
• Implement sales enablement and marketing programs for internal teams and channel partners that align with product goals.
• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to inform strategies.
• Contribute to inventory planning to optimize turnover rates, fulfillment, and reduce obsolescence.
• Prepare commercial analytics and reporting to support business decisions.
• Maintain and enhance vendor relationships ensuring high and improving satisfaction levels among vendors and partners.
• Provide support to sales teams to maximize performance concerning assigned product groups through close coordination with Channel Sales.
• Stay informed on sales processes, pipeline management, and partner interactions to recommend corrective measures when necessary.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT, Marketing, Business Studies, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in accurate data entry with ability to follow instructions and seek clarifications.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy and efficiency when managing data and tasks.
• Competent in complex numerical calculations.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and possibly other regional languages.
• Experience in delivering formal presentations and engaging upper management.
• Skilled negotiator with persuasive communication abilities.
• Demonstrates inclusivity and effective collaboration across diverse groups.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to independently manage workload and meet deadlines.
• Adaptable to change and able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Proven ability to multitask and build strong working relationships.

Working Conditions

• May require occasional work outside standard hours, including overtime.
• Frequent travel expected, approximately 25% of the time.
