Product Management Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Product Management Specialist to oversee product data and lifecycle processes, evaluate product performance, and assist internal teams by providing precise and up-to-date product information.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product lifecycles by entering, updating, and maintaining product details, technical specs, pricing, and associated data within company systems.
• Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and continual updating of product data.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to analyze sales and product performance trends to support decision-making.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant departments to maintain product availability.
• Compile product reports, technical documents, and related materials.
• Deliver product support and information to field and operations teams.
• Provide training and support to teams regarding product updates, changes, and new features.
• Work alongside the Quality Department to follow up on product specifications, quality standards, and any related issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders concerning product information, specifications, and updates.
• Detect inconsistencies in product data and liaise with respective teams to resolve them promptly.

Qualifications

• Possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Have between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Product Coordination, Operations, or similar roles.
• Demonstrated mandatory hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, covering data analysis, reporting, and data management.
• Strong English communication abilities, both written and oral.
