Role Overview

The Product Lead will be based in Toronto or Waterloo in a hybrid full-time role reporting to the COO. This position is responsible for owning and guiding the product used by home care organizations and partners to monitor seniors and clients. This includes the software interface, essential system integrations, and the strategic product roadmap. You will coordinate closely with the COO, CTO, and other product teams to ensure alignment and cross-product learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a product highly regarded by partners for its reliability, adoption, and retention.
• Develop and manage the product roadmap grounded in direct customer feedback and data analysis.
• Oversee the entire product release lifecycle in collaboration with engineering, ensuring software and hardware progress in tandem.
• Drive integrations and partner-focused features to scale deployments effectively.
• Champion the partner perspective internally, aligning sales, support, and engineering on objectives.

• Deliver a clear, timely roadmap and successfully execute on product releases.
