Role Overview

As a Product Designer at telli, you will spearhead design initiatives that merge software and AI systems, focusing on novel user experience concepts that address previously unsolved challenges. Your work will span web applications and AI-powered chat interfaces, while defining the brand’s design language and enabling customers to improve their voice agents through intelligent feedback loops.

Core Responsibilities

• Create innovative UX solutions for both web apps and conversational interfaces powered by large language models (LLMs) like ChatGPT, Claude, and Codex.
• Develop agentic feedback mechanisms allowing customers to monitor and enhance their AI-driven voice agents.
• Establish and maintain the visual and interaction design standards for telli’s product and brand.

Candidate Profile

We seek individuals who blend strong aesthetic sensibility with problem-solving functionality. The ideal candidate embraces first principles thinking, exhibits high ownership, and thrives amidst ambiguity. Practical experience with AI and a builder mindset, including willingness to experiment with code, are highly valued though not strictly required.

Salary Range: 85000 to 160000 EUR annually.
